eCampusVidyapeeth – Student Policy
Dear Student,
Welcome to eCampus Vidyapeeth! We are delighted to have you join our learning community. To ensure a smooth and enriching educational experience, please review and adhere to the following policies:
Course & Certification Guidelines
1. Consistent Attendance: Students are expected to attend all classes as per the schedule provided at the commencement of the course.
2. Schedule Modifications: Requests to alter class schedules post-enrollment must be communicated to both the assigned instructor and the administrative team. Such changes are subject to instructor availability and cannot be guaranteed. Missed classes due to schedule changes will not be compensated.
3. Certification Eligibility To be eligible for a course completion certificate from eCampus Vidyapeeth, students must:
- Achieve a minimum score of 75% in the final assessment conducted upon course completion.
- Complete the final assessment within ten days following the last class session.
- Maintain at least 70% attendance throughout the course duration.
4. Absence Notification In case of inability to attend a class, students must inform the designated group at least 6–8 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the absence being recorded without provision for makeup sessions.
5. Instructor Allocation for Bundled Courses For courses comprising multiple modules or levels, different instructors may be assigned to each segment based on specialization and availability.
6. Access to Recorded Sessions: Students who notify in advance about their absence may be granted access to recorded sessions or revision materials, limited to a maximum of 10 sessions.
7. Communication Protocol All course-related communications should be conducted within the official group designated for the course. Direct personal communication with instructors regarding course matters is discouraged and may not be acknowledged.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Payments: All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Prolonged Absence: Students absent for 10–15 consecutive days without prior notification will forfeit the right to reschedule missed classes or transfer to another batch. Such cases may lead to cancellation of enrollment.
3. Re-enrollment Post-Cancellation: Students whose enrollment has been canceled, either by request or due to policy violations, must repay the full course fee to re-enroll. Previous payments will not be adjusted or credited.
4. Mid-Course Withdrawal: Students who choose to withdraw from a course mid-way will have their enrollment canceled without eligibility for refunds or continuation of classes.
5. Non-Transferable Fees Fees paid cannot be transferred to other courses or future batches.
6. Installment Payments: For courses with installment payment options, the second installment must be paid within 25–30 days from the course start date. Installment amounts are fixed and not based on the number of classes attended.
7. Consequences of Payment Delays: Failure to make timely installment payments will result in suspension of classes. Missed sessions during this period will not be rescheduled, and access to recordings or revision materials will be denied. Continued non-payment will lead to enrollment cancellation.
8. Installments for Bundled Courses: For bundled courses, installment payments must adhere to the pre-defined schedule communicated at the time of enrollment.
9. Partial Course Completion: Students who complete a portion of a course or a specific module and then withdraw will not be eligible for refunds.
10. Commitment to Assignments: Regular attendance and timely completion of assignments are crucial for academic progress. Negligence in these areas may impact learning outcomes, and related grievances will not be entertained.
11. Temporary Suspension Due to Non-Payment: Classes will be paused for a maximum of ten days in cases of delayed payments. Failure to clear dues within this period will result in enrollment cancellation.
We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to these policies, which are designed to foster a productive and respectful learning environment for all.
